Return Policy-

Items purchased can be returned for STORE CREDIT only, within 14 days. You must be able to show proof of purchase (receipt).
We do not issue any cash or creditcard refunds.
All marked-down merchandise are final - no refund, no return.

How do I make a return?

1. Please call (843)916-0067 to obtain a Return Authorization number (R.A. #).
2. Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Packages will not be accepted without an R.A. #.
4. Items returned must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
5. Items returned must be returned in a protective shipping carton.
6. Any returned special order item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, include the style number, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

We will issue a store credit as soon as we receive your return. STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE ONLY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return the merchandise to us and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement item.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
Cancellation of an order or refusal of a package will result in a $20.00 service fee.

For all other merchandise:

Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
