An Item Is Missing from my Order

Sometimes because of varying item availability, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. My Order Didn't Arrive

Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, you can call us to get your order tracking number. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

An Item Is Damaged or Defective

We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from Geminiboutique.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a STORE CREDIT. Shipping charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
